2INgage Welcomes Dr. Brandon Logan as New Executive Director
ABILENE, TX – 2INgage is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Brandon Logan as the new Executive Director of the organization. Dr. Logan received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and went on to earn his Law Degree and Doctorate in Philosophy from Texas Tech University.
Dr. Logan has practiced as an attorney in Abilene and Lubbock. He taught classes on human development and family studies at Texas Tech University. He has published numerous works on foster care reform. Dr. Logan is a trained mediator and a child welfare law specialist. He is
licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Among Dr. Logan’s many professional affiliations, he is involved in the Statewide Collaborative on Trauma Informed Care, co-chair of United Family Advocates, and serves on the National Association of Counsel for Children.
“We are very excited about Dr. Logan coming to lead the 2INgage team. He has been involved in the evolution of Community Based Care for several years. He is from the Region 2 area and has been actively involved in policy development and advocacy at the legislative level. We
believe he will be a great leader in our efforts,” said Michael Patrick, 2INgage Board President.
2INgage is honored to have been selected by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to serve as the Single Source Continuum Contractor responsible for overseeing the care and services for children in the foster care system in Region 2, serving a 30-county area that includes Wichita Falls, Abilene, and Brownwood.
2INgage will be working diligently in these areas to engage stakeholders, develop effective programming, and respectively serve every child, youth and family we care for so that they may realize safety, permanency, and overall wellbeing.
